I agree that the Indian and Asian investors are aggresively pursuing properties in the US.
I currently have a client who is coming in from India and is looking to purchase an Office Condominium. He would like the Financial District area, however I have exhausted all leads for an Office Condo in that area and have come up empty. If anyone has that type of product or can refer me to someone who does, I will appreciate and or compensate if licensed.
