This site has many great tools coming to subscribers. Im so excited at where we are now from when we first started. It was a rocky road in development to say the least.
1. ADD "Co-op", "Condo", and "Townhouse" groups for charts 2. Printable PDF Submarket Reports / Charts 3. ACRIS Search Engine Fixes for a) rolex/acris alt addresses + b) 'th', 'rd', 'nd' extensions; i.e. "52nd", '53rd Street" entries 4. More Submarkets: Breaking out Battery Park City from Lower Manhattan, Tribeca into its own submarket, Gramercy/Flatiron into its own submarket, Move Kips Bay into Murray Hill/Midtown East group. 5. ACRIS to ROLEX integrity issues for sync up --> Phase 2 Platform Launch
This is our top focus. Trust me when I say there are tons of new charts and new analytical tools beyond this (as well as your recommendations that are not listed) will be released in a few months and on a rolling basis. In other words, once we engineer out final integrity challenges, we will start new feature rollouts on a consistent monthly basis! 2011 should be a GREAT year for Manhattan Real Estate Analytics!
