We just upgraded the ACRIS Manhattan building address search engine so that many more variations of building addresses will be recognized. For example, the "st", "rd", "nd" extensions and other common spelling variations are recognized. All abbreviations should work too, but if we forgot one please let me know about it here and it will be fixed.
We will always be working on the ALT ADDRESS issue between ROLEX and ACRIS. Sometimes a building is marketed to us by the brokers using one address, and closes in ACRIS at another. A few examples of this are:
MARKETED ADDRESS / ACRIS ADDRESS
301 West 89 / 601 WEA
55 Vestry St / 415 Washington St
390 WEA / 2211 Broadway
Etc..There are many out there. So if you know a Manhattan building has recorded sales but it does not show up here, this is the reason why and we need to code the sync up. Please post here or email us in the contact section and it will be fixed. I already have a list of 21 that will be implemented soon. As always, Thanks!!
