How long does a UD Advisor report take?
Reports are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, typically completed within 3-5 business days.
Can you expedite the report if I need it sooner?
Yes! Please note that no discounts apply to expedited fees
- Same-day service (if ordered before noon) is available for an additional $500, if feasible.
- 2-Day service (excluding holidays) is available for an additional $300.
What are the general steps included in a UD Advisor report?

- A member of the UrbanDigs team will review the proposal and reach out with a price quote
- We will collect critical information on the target property and building.
- The report will be prepared within 3-5 business days (unless a rush service is requested).
- UrbanDigs will send the report and offer a one-time call to discuss the findings.
- Any requested edits or additional client calls will happen at this stage.
How do I pay?
UrbanDigs accepts credit cards via a secure, one-time payment link sent by Stripe. If you need to request reimbursement from your company, an invoice and payment receipt will be provided for your records.
Can Noah or John present the results to my client in person or via Zoom?
Yes! Direct client consultations start at $300/hour, with discounts for UD subscribers.
What if I don’t agree with the conclusions?
We approach Advisor reports with an independent, unbiased mindset and do the best to let the data, comps and market trends speak for themselves and ultimately dictate suggested pricing levels. We are happy to discuss our findings and revise our conclusions if additional information needs to be considered.
Is my information kept confidential?
All report information, including addresses, unit details, and conclusions, is kept strictly confidential.
Will UD Advisor really help me close deals?
While UD Advisor won’t do all the work for you, it can help you navigate challenging deals by providing valuable reports that help manage client expectations on price and time to make informed, confident decisions. Strong data is hard to dispute.
Are UD Advisor reports considered appraisals?
UD Advisor reports provide data-based market climate and price opinions. They are not appraisals. The information in our reports is believed to be accurate; however, since some data comes from third parties, it may not be complete and is subject to errors, omissions, changes, and withdrawal without notice.
